All prices listed at the Internet store www.puresimple.cz are total including sales tax.

Order And Closure of Contract

  1. All orders administered via the Internet store of puresimple.cz are binding. By administering the order, the customer confirms that he has become acquainted with these terms and also with the Complaint Regulations and that he has agreed to them
  2. An order is a concept of a purchase contract. The purchase contract commences to apply at the moment of entrance of the ordered goods by the customer.
  3. Providing all required data and information in the order form is a condition of validity of the electronic order.
  4. The address of delivery is the adress provided by the customer in the registration form.
  5. The proprietorship of the goods devolves to the customer upon entrance, under the condition that the customer has paid the purchase price.
  6. Acceptance and sending of the order is confirmed to the customer by an E-mail message sent to the provided address.
  7. Prices and Sales – all prices including sales hold until recall or sellout
  8. Cancellation of Order –The order can be cancelled via E-mail or telephone (The order can be cancelled only if it has been already prepared for expedition. Only your contact information and the number of your order will be needed). In case of later cancellation of the order the seller has the right to claim reimbursement, especially concerning expedition costs.

Protection of Personal Information

Personal information and records of our customers and buyers are protected in accordance with valid laws of the Czech Republic concerning protection of personal data.The seller protects the personal data of the buyer from exploitation. The seller gathers this information and does not provide it to third parties without consent of the buyer.

By filling out the order form, or in case of a binding order, the buyer agrees to the gathering and archiving of personal information about the buyer and about his purchases.

Delivery Conditions

We deliver ordered goods via the PPL parcel service within the territory of Czech Republic and Slovakia as a commercial package.

Only samples, if they are ordered individually, are delivered as a cash on delivery. For other types of goods choose delivery via the PPL parcel Service (more informationd in the Shipping section)

You will receive the goods within 2-5 workdays after ordering.

Should the goods be out of stock, we will contact the customer via telephone or E-mail and suggest other options (i.e. prolonging the standard shipping period).

The tax receipt is a part of the delivery and serves also as letter of warranty.

Possible Types of Payment

  1. Cash on delivery (goods will be paid upon delivery, the parcel service will collect the cash money, please keep the receipt)
  2. Bank transfer to Unicredit Bank account no.: 1002668834/2700, (after ordering the goods in our e-shop you will send the price listed in the order to our account). We will ship the goods upon receiving the payment.
  3. Cash payment – In case of personal withdrawal of goods at our shop in Durďákova street 23, after confirming the order at our e-shop, and after confirming that your goods are prepared for withdrawal. The goods will be deposited for a period of 10 days. You will find more information in the Shipping section.

Complaints

  1. Any potential complaints will be dealt with according to the Complaints Regulations of the Internet store puresimple.cz and law regulations of the Czech Republic.
  2. Goods may be claimed at the operator in accordance with the Complaints Regulations
  3. Goods that you are claiming should be sent in original packaging. The carrier is not responsible for incorrectly packed packages. The manufacturer usually does not hold the warranty in case of goods damaged during transport, even if the defect has been present prior to transport. For further information please see Complaints Regulations.

Cession of Contract of Purchase (Return of Goods)

The Internet order is a contract enclosed at a distance. The buyer according to Civil Code no. 367/2000 has the right to cease the contract unto 14 days since the entrance of goods. Should he decide to do so, he must return the ordered products undamaged, without signs of usage and fatigue, and in the original package within the alleged term (decided by the date of sending). Upon retrieval of returned goods, the seller will return the appropriate sum to the customer in a pre-arranged manner.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order, or one of its parts in these cases:

  • The product is no longer manafactured
  • The wholesale price of the product has changed markedly

Final Enactments

  1. These terms and conditions apply in the wording in which they are present at the Internet pages of the seller on the day of the customer’s electronic order
  2. By sending of the electronic order the customer unconditionally agrees to all the enactments of the terms and conditions in the wording valid on the day of sending of the order.

Complaints Regulations

Customer’s Liabilities

The buyer is liable for visually inspecting the products and should without unavailing delay inform the seller of any possible defects. The buyer may claim any product in one of the following forms:

  • Via E-mail, at the operator’s address info@puresimple.cz
  • By mail, at the operator’s address
  • Via telephone
  • Personal delivery

Shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Seller’s Liabilities

The customer will resolve any complaints within 3 workdays and will inform the buyer about his resolution via E-mail, if he does not arrange this in another manner previously with the buyer.

The complaint protocol will be sent to the buyer via E-mail or by mail within 3 days of receiving the complaint.

The complaint including the defect will be resolved without unavailing delay within no more than a month since the claim, if the seller does not arrange this in another way previously with the buyer.

When claiming a product it is necessary to present:

  • The claimed product in the original package without any damaged seal
  • A brief description of the defect

Shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Complaints Claimed Within The Warranty Period

These Complaints Regulations were carried out according to the Civil Code and applies to products that have been claimed within the warranty period.

The right to claim the warranty ceases in the following cases:

  • Damage of goods during transport (these defects should be resolved with the carrier upon recieving the goods)
  • Damage of the protection seals and stickers, should there be any on the product
  • Unqualified usage
  • Damage of goods by natural hazards
  • Damage of goods by excessive usage or stress
