Shipping

Conditions written here apply to retail customers! ( For wholesale customers go to wholesale section for more details)

Czech Republic

Free shipping – If ordering goods of total value of 2.000 CZK or more

Personal retrieval – It is possible to retrieve the goods personally at our shop at Durďákova street 23, Brno, upon completing and confirming the order in our e-shop, and after telephonic or E-mail confirmation stating that the goods you have ordered are prepared for retrieval. The goods will be deposited at our shop for a period of 10 days.

In case of an order of total value lower than 2.000 CZK we charge a shipping fee according to the type of shipment:

PPL parcel service

  1. Cash on delivery – shipping and packing 125 CZK (the parcel service will accept the fee in cash, please keep the receipt confirming that the fee has been paid)
  2. Bank transfer – shipping and packing 95 CZK. After ordering the goods in our e-shop you will be asked to transfer the sum as listed in the order to our bank account (Unicredit Bank account no.: 1002668834/2700, the number of your order serves as reference). We will ship the goods upon receiving the payment.

Exception from shipping: Samples – In case of ordering our samples as an individual shipment we will charge an additional shipping and packing fee of 50 CZK. The samples will be shipped  as a cash on delivery, the payment will be due upon delivery.

Notice: Only samples ordered as an individual shipment will be shipped as a cash on delivery just for samples  (shipping and packing 50 CZK). Other goods will be shipped via the PPL parcel service.

You will receive the goods within 2-5 workdays after ordering.

Should the goods be out of stock, we will contact the customer via telephone or E-mail and suggest other options (i.e. prolonging the standard shipping period).

Slovakia

Free Shipping – If ordering good of total value of 2.500 CZK or more.

In case of an order of total value lower than 2.500 CZK we charge a shipping fee according to the type of shipment.

PPL parcel service

  1. Cash on delivery - shipping and packing 260 CZK (the parcel service will accept the fee in cash, please keep the receipt confirming that the fee has been paid)

Samples – we do not ship our samples to Slovakia as an individual shipment.

You will receive the goods within 2-5 workdays after ordering.

Should the goods be out of stock, we will contact the customer via telephone or E-mail and suggest other options (i.e. prolonging the standard shipping period).
