Our e-shop is designed to make the order as easy as possible for the customer. Your web browser must support cookies, and you must allow them to be accepted in order to use this e-shop.

Of course, firstly you need to find the goods that you are interested in. You will find individual products by searching through product categories (in the “E-shop categories“ menu). For easier orientation and navigation you will find information by each product specifying under which category it is listed.
If you want to place an item into the shopping cart, click on the button with the shopping cart symbol (or on the link “Add to shopping cart” adjacent to this symbol) belonging to the concrete product. This will add one item of the desired product to the shopping cart.
If you have selected all the desired goods and have added them to your shopping cart, click on the link “View shopping cart” (placed in the upper right corner of the screen). Here you will see an overview of the items you have selected. In this overview it is possible to add one item to the list (by clicking on “+” on the selected item’s row), to remove one item from the list (by clicking on “-” on the selected item’s row), to cancel individual items from the list (by clicking on “x” on the selected item’s row) or to completely empty the whole shopping cart (by clicking on “empty cart” in the header of the table). In the “Contact information” section please fill out the required information and choose the mode of payment and shipment. The next time you visit our e-shop previously provided information will be filled out automatically (if cookies are not deleted after end of a session).
Please check thoroughly all provided information concerning the order. If you wish to complete the order, you will do this by clicking on the “Send order” button. By ordering the goods you also confirm that you accept the trade agreement. Having done this, the order is complete and the goods are cogently ordered.
If the order was sent successfully, you will see a notice confirming the order.

Trade Agreement

All orders are considered binding. By sending the order, the customers agrees with the Trade Agreement, payment options, shipping terms, Complaints Regulations and confirms that he has been informed of the protection of personal information.
We appeal, that in your own interest, you provide exact and true information in the order. Each order is confirmed via e-mail after sending. In this e-mail message you have the last chance to check if the information you provided is correct. Should there be any error in the order, contact us as soon as possible.
In the event of a change of price between the date of order and date of arrival, you will be charged the price listed in the processed order.
The seller reserves the right to contact the customer by telephone to confirm or to specify the order, if i.e. the value of the order is higher, some information is missing or incorrect etc.

Complaints Regulations

Any potential complaints will be resolved in accordance with existing law regulations (Civil Code for a natural person, Commercial Code for an artificial person).
